Chief Nursing Officer
The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for all nursing services across the organization.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CNO plays a critical role in:
- Promoting quality care
- Fostering a culture of safety and respect
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, and acute care, with a deep understanding of the intricacies of emergency and obstetric care and Medicare regulations.
Previous experience in nursing administration or high level nursing supervision preferred. Bachelors degree preferred and Masters encouraged.
Successful applicants will possess a positive, patient centered attitude, commitment to the team, strong communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.
